We may collect personal identification information from Member in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Member enroll in a Course within The Education Platform, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in The Education Platform.

We retain credit card information internally for the purpose of all payment processing related to our Services. This includes the use of your payment information to allow you to purchase courses through your Member account on This Education Platform. The payment information is necessary in order for you to use our Services and failure to provide such information may result in you not being able to use our Services.
Mobile Version Website: This Education Platform offers a mobile version website and may, depending on your privacy settings, collect certain information about you and your devices when you access our Services through your mobile or other Internet connected devices. This Education Platform does not ask for or purposefully track any precise location-based information. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Services on your mobile or other Internet connected devices, which may record data relating to usage, performance, and download and will be treated like Demographic and Usage Data (discussed below).
This Education Platform uses both “first-party cookies” and “third-party cookies.” First-party cookies are those used by our Website each time you visit our Website. Third-party cookies are cookies that are set by a third-party source other than our Website. We do not have access or control over these cookies. We also use both “persistent cookies” that remain on your device for the period of time specified in the cookie (these cookies are activated each time you visit our Website), and “session cookies,” which allows us to track your actions on this Website during a browser session. Each time you open up a browser window and close the browser window represents a single browser session. All session cookies are created temporarily and are deleted once you close your browser window.
Both the first-party and third-party cookies and tracking technologies used on this Website can be broadly divided into the following categories:
-Necessary cookies help make our website usable by enabling basic functions like page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. Our website cannot function properly without these cookies.
-Statistic cookies helps us understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously.
-Marketing cookies are used on this Website by Google and other third-parties to track visitors across different websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging to you.
The cookies may include but not limited to the following:
A. Website Use. We use automatic data collection tools to track and record your Website use and activity data, including the pages you view and how long you spend on each page or portion of our Website, the links you click on, the features of this Website you access, whether you are a new vs. repeat visitor or in order to monitor your interactions with any video or other content that you access on this Website. This is done primarily for website traffic and general user analysis purposes. We also do this to help measure and research the effectiveness of the features contained on this Website.
B. Analytics Services. We may use third party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, in order to collect information about your use of this Website. We pass a “first party cookie” onto your browser directly from our Website when we use Google Analytics.
C. User Preferences. We use automatic data collection tools to identify and recognize your browser as a previous visitor to our Website and save and remember any user preferences that may have been set during a previous visit. We store specific user preferences and settings on this Website and/or similar session identifiers to help you navigate and access certain features on this Website.
D. Affiliate Tracking. Cookies and similar tools are used to facilitate Members finding their referrers through the Affiliate functionality with the storage and retrieval of links you set or given to you in your affiliate area and to facilitate the operation of convenient referrer tracking and referrer check-out behavior. Referrers are referenced by these links that you set or given to you and cookies are automatically passed along when referrers use the links by their web browser. We collect referrers data from their web browser which sends part of the traffic data. This is not attached to your personally identifiable information.
E. Email Retargeting. We may also use tools that help us understand whether users read email messages and/or click on links contained within those messages or newsletters so that we can deliver relevant content or product offers. Through the use of unique identifiers contained in the URL of tools such as web beacons, we are able to record the exact time that you read our emails, as well as your IP address. Some emails and web pages may refer to content on another server rather than including the content directly. Requests to the server to send the additional content typically includes the IP address of the requesting computer, the time the content was requested, the type of web browser that made the request and the existence of cookies previously set by that server, which may be linked to a unique tracking “token”.
F. Facebook Or Instagram Ad Conversion Tracking: We may use the Facebook Pixel to track whether or not you have clicked on any of our Facebook or Instagram ads we run from time to time and to track any associated actions you make on our website, including which Facebook ad resulted in a conversion. Facebook “Custom Audiences” allows us to target our Facebook ads to you and re-market to you based on certain activities you perform on our Website. We may optimize our Facebook ads and automatically show ads to our visitors most likely to make conversions. The Facebook pixel also allows us to send your data to Facebook to match your website actions with you as a Facebook user when you view or click any of our Facebook ads. We report and optimize our Facebook ads for more conversions and we pass unique identifiers such as your email and phone number that we collect from you during your actions on our Website (such as logging-in, registering for an account or checking-out). Whenever you load a page containing a Facebook pixel, the pixel tells Facebook that a conversion event occurred.
Non-Personal Information: Web Beacons, also known as pixel tags and clear GIFs, (“Web Beacons”), are electronic images that allow a website to access cookies and help track marketing campaigns and general usage patterns of visitors to those websites. Web Beacons can recognize certain types of information, such as cookie numbers, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page where the Web Beacons are placed. No PII about you is shared with third parties through the use of Web Beacons on our website. However, through Web Beacons, we may collect general information that will not personally identify you, such as: Internet browser, operating system, date of visit, time of visit and path taken through the website. This Education Platform may also collect other Non-Personal Information as visitors browse our website, such as the web traffic, what pages are visited, and from where visitors come. We may compile this Non-Personal Information to enable statistical analysis of our Services that would be used internally or with external assistance to make improvements to our website and Services.
